List Your Service Business
Bring your team. Set your area. Get booked.
You run the business: its profile, the work you offer, where you cover, your people and your services. Your technicians handle each visit from their own app.
Your setup checklist
- Business name, email and phone
- Description, logo and cover image
- At least one role
- At least one category
- At least one coverage area
Registration stays incomplete until these are filled in, and the app lists anything still empty.
How to get listed
From registration to your first listing.
You need at least one category, one coverage area and one technician before the create-service form opens.

Start with your business name, then complete your profile until the app shows registration complete.
- 2

- 3
Set your coverage
Add each area with its city, country, a centre on the map and a radius in kilometres.
- 4
Add your technicians
Add their name, email, phone, role and at least one skill category, then set their weekly hours.

- Which of your coverage areas it uses
Feature a service
Feature a listing for 2 to 7 days. The app shows how many featured slots you have left.
Pause when you need to
Set a listing inactive at any time. Your business settings decide whether paused listings are hidden, or stay visible but unavailable.
Your people
Your team, organized in one place.
Add technicians with their role and skills, limit them to some of your coverage areas, and set their weekly availability.
- You assign each technician's role, skill categories and areas.
- A booking can only be placed in a window you saved for that technician.
- Set a default technician for your business if you like.

Your rules, your calendar.
Set defaults for the whole business, then override some of them on a single listing.

Running the visit
You see every job. Your technician moves it forward.
- Confirmed
- On the way
- Arrived
- In progress
- Completed
- Bookings show the customer, the time, the technician and the status.
- The assigned technician marks each step in their own app. Business owners don't mark visits for them.
- To finish a job, the technician must add notes and at least one photo.
- You assign each technician's role, skills and areas. They can change only their own name, email, phone and photo.
- Add work photos to show customers your past work, and hide an entry at any time.
- Add questions and answers to your business, in the order you want them.
Getting paid
Completed jobs record your earnings.
See what you've earned
View earnings over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year, and open any one for the detail.
Withdraw your way
Request a payout from your withdrawable balance, or turn on automatic payout with a threshold at or above the minimum shown.
Connect your account
Connect a payout account on the earnings screen. A payout needs that account and a balance that meets the minimum on the screen.
FAQ
Good to know.
What do I need before I can add a service?
At least one category, one coverage area and one technician. If any are missing, the form stays closed and tells you which.
Who marks a job as on the way or complete?
The assigned technician, in their app. You see the status on your bookings, but you don't tap those steps yourself.
When do I earn from a booking?
Earnings are recorded once a job is completed. A job that's only confirmed hasn't earned yet.
Does a customer's coupon reduce what I'm paid?
No. A promotion lowers what the customer pays, while your payout stays at the listing's full labour amount.
Can a technician change their categories or coverage?
No. You assign those, along with their role and pay share. They can only update their own name, email, phone and photo.
What happens to my penalties, if I have any?
Any penalties are deducted from later service earnings.
Can I limit a service to some areas?
Yes. You can limit a listing or a technician to some of your coverage areas.
