When am I charged for a scheduled gift card?
Right away. Payment is charged when you schedule it, and delivery happens at the time you selected.
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, to the address you enter. Please check it carefully before you confirm.
Can I cancel a scheduled gift card?
Check the gift in Upcoming gifts. Each one shows whether it's cancellable or non-refundable.
What happens if a send fails?
It appears in the Failed list in your scheduled gift cards, so you can review it.
Is a gift card the same as wallet balance?
No. A gift card isn't wallet money until it's redeemed, and it isn't a saved card.
Can a deal lower the price of a gift card?
Automatic campaigns may apply, in which case you pay less and the card still issues at full face value. Coupon codes aren't used for gift cards.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. It's optional, and you add it when you enter your recipient's email.
